My family and I love the food here but it seems that depending on the chef you get, your experience is either fun and great or just bland. We had a very tall chef who wore a mask. He wasn't very entertaining at all. We have had other Asian chefs and even a Mexican chef in the past and they were amazing. They told jokes and were engaging with everyone around table. This chef was hard to hear, didn't engage with us other than the normal food routine with fire. His onion volcano wasn't really a volcano and it was short. The egg routine was short and nothing exciting. You MUST book a reservation to come eat. The prices here are very reasonable and the other workers are all amazing. The lady who works at the bar was a please! She was attentive and excellent at her job. Very nice lady.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to. I always get Steak and lobster with fried rice. They no longer have pistachios ice scream. I tried the the red bean ice cream and was ok.

The place was packed, I recommend reservations. With it being so busy it caused a delay in receiving some of our drinks. However we did enjoy our food & service.

Great place to have a birthday party. Staff is very attentive and nice. Food is good, not great especially if you're looking for authentic experience but it's a very fun night out, albeit a little greasy (and expensive). The filet mignon was pretty good I must say. If your child has some sensory overload issues , do be careful.

The food was so good! 3 special sushi rolls for $30 is SUCH a steal. The chef was very funny and kind. I recommend going with a big party! If you’re with a couple of friends/ have a small party, prepare to sit next to strangers. I was okay with that though! Will return!

Had a great time dining at the hibatchi tables for my fiancé’s birthday. Pauline the bartender was great and made the wait pass quickly, she has a great personality :). The sushi was DELICIOUS. I would suggest making a reservation, but otherwise it was great!

It was the Saturday before my birthday and my boyfriend and I just wanted to grab a casual bite to eat as we are going to a more formal dinner mommy actual birthday. We weren’t feeling the same old Greenwich Ave options. A friend of mine suggested Edo. We came in, A LOT of kid’s birthday parties. We opted for sitting at the bar as we wanted hibachi food but didn’t need the whole show or to sit in on a 9 year old party. My partner got the scallop hibachi. I got skirt steak and scallop hibachi. Everything was very good down to the salad dressing and the soup. My steak was slightly over cooked but flavorful. The scallops were pretty good but also slightly overcooked. Overall though, Rosa’s service was on point and made us feel welcome and taken care of. Very reasonably priced compared to the other local options. Left with plenty of leftovers. We will be back!

The atmosphere was great and food delicious, my only complain was that we had a birthday reservation and they called to move it 30 min later and when the party arrived on time they made use wait almost an hour for the table. Otherwise they have great prices, friendly staff and good food.
